Life can bring challenging seasons when anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or transitions feel overwhelming. Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and find new ways forward. I work with clients ages 13 through adulthood, in person or through secure telehealth. My approach integrates attachment-based and trauma-informed perspectives, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Together, we'll build a collaborative relationship that offers safety and support, so you can explore your story, connect with your strengths, and move toward meaningful change.
Every relationship faces moments when communication breaks down, trust feels fragile, or connection seems out of reach. Couples therapy provides a space to slow down, hear one another fully, and address patterns that keep you stuck. I work with couples at all stages, whether navigating conflict, recovering from hurt, or seeking deeper connection. My work is grounded in attachment-based approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which helps partners identify underlying needs and respond with empathy. Together, we'll create a safe environment to explore your dynamics, rebuild trust, and foster the connection you both long for.

Payment
I accept automatic online payment by credit card. If you need a different option to pay, we can discuss this further.*
*If payment is a concern, let me know. I have a limited number of discounts and a sliding scale for those experiencing financial hardship. Payments are collected at the time of service through the use of a "Sessions" patient portal.​
Insurance
I am not contracted with any insurance companies. All sessions are paid for privately outside of insurance. I can provide a superbill that clients can submit to their insurance provider for reimbursement.
